Message	Out here, anyone that goes to court can win the case and have in the past. The reason being that the cop has to show up and has to prove that you weren't there for "other reasons". I.E. Your car broke down there, you were buying something at a nearby store, etc. There's no real way to prove the opposite. Now, if you have some OTHER voilation, you're stuck on that. I've seen 30 people walk out of a courtroom after one of these with dropped cases. The thing is, the police don't mind because A) some people will still pay B) they can find other illegal things and tow cars and C) they still inconvenience you by going to court :) It's a cycle...
